Custom Fabrication:
Die-Cutting

Did you know that our products can be custom cut in-house? From neoprene to hook and loop fasteners, we have the right equipment and the right expertise to do just about anything you can think of.
We have two types of die-cutting machines at our New Jersey facility:

Steel Rule Die Cutting Machine
Our rotary die cutter is great for cutting shapes out of hook & loop material, such as a bullet end for a strap. This die-cutting can be done on sew-quality hook & loop, or kiss-cut on adhesive-backed hook & loop. It's extremely fast, and we have a wide selection of pre-made rotary dies: bullet shapes, half-rounds, both ends round, squares, stars, triangles, and much more.

What if you need an unusual shape? We can do that, too: the maximum shape size for rotary cutting is 5" x 9" and each custom die costs about $400-600.

Our steel rule die cutting machine (shown at left) is perfect for stamping shapes out of flat materials such as neoprene, foam laminate, and leathers. Each die will last for approximately 10,000 stamps, and we have a selection of pre-made dies in stock that you can use.

If you need a specialty shape, we can have a steel rule die made to any specifications you'd like, up to 20" x 25", and the cost is very economical: steel-ruled dies usually run about $40 to $140 per shape.
